## Description

WSP is currently seeking a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician to support a long-term construction project near Kemmerer, Wyoming. There is a per diem associated with this role.

As a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician, you will perform various tests and analyses on construction materials. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing density testing of soils

- Sampling and testing concrete in the field and lab

- Conducting analysis and calculations to verify the accuracy and reasonableness of testing data

- Monitoring work procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- At least 1 year of related experience on complex projects

- Certifications such as ICC soils, ACI concrete, ICC concrete reinforcing steel, and ICC masonry

- A valid driver's license

- The ability to prepare reports and documentation

- Reliability and punctuality for project site visits

- The ability to travel and work overtime as needed

- The ability to work in variable outdoor conditions

- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- A satisfactory driving record, and passing a drug test, physical, and background check
