## Description

We are seeking a Contact Handling Supervisor to join our Force Contact team at West Midlands Police. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading a team in a busy and demanding operational environment, making sound decisions, and providing support to staff with complex incidents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Making clear, timely, and justifiable decisions in line with the National Decision Model (NDM)

- Providing visible leadership and guidance to staff

- Developing people through coaching and mentoring

- Maintaining high standards of service to the public

- Working as part of a team to achieve high standards of professionalism and performance

In return, we offer a salary of £32,613 - £37,020 per annum, a 20% shift allowance, and a 13.79% weekend allowance. The role is based at C3, Park Lane, Birmingham, B6 5DL.
