## Description

We are seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Heber Valley Clinic.

As a licensed professional caregiver, you will assume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of patients.

**Scope** Staff RNs are pivotal members of the care delivery team headed by the physician and have specialised knowledge, skills, and ability pertinent to ambulatory care patient needs.

**Job Essentials**

- Perform assessments of physical, social, and psychological status

- Develop individualised plans of care in collaboration with patients and families

- Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation, coordination, and collaboration

- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise plans of care as needed

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Current RN License in the state of practice

- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

- Practice-specific certification as required by the clinical setting

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Basic computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

- Greater than 1 year of licensed RN experience

**Physical Requirements**

- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies

- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require verbal communication, hearing, and understanding

- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy

- Expected to lift and utilise full range of movement to transfer patients, bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment

- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment
