## Description

The Ibis Issy-les-Moulineaux 'Val de Seine' hotel is located near the Seine Musicale, Île de St Germain, and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It has 164 comfortable and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, 4 seminar rooms, and private parking.

**Mission/ Main Responsibilities:**

- Provide a warm, efficient, and quality welcome to guests

- Perform computer and administrative procedures related to check-in/check-out on the Opera Cloud system

- Verify client guarantees and reservations

- Ensure follow-up of client stays by communicating important information to colleagues and superiors and verifying guarantees

- Respond to phone calls and take reservations occasionally

- Respond to client requests and ensure their follow-up to guarantee satisfaction

- Inform clients about tourist information

- Realize various projects assigned by hierarchy

- Apply procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel

- Embody the Heartist spirit in interactions with clients

**Commercial / Sales:**

- Know the services offered by the hotel, inform clients upon request, and encourage them to use them

**Management:**

- Manage, verify, and control a personal cash register

- Ensure data security

- Be responsible for the establishment at night

- Close and report daily

- Control turnover and takings and report any discrepancies or errors

**Cross-functional Management:**

- Work closely with hotel services

- Prepare information for different services to optimize each service opening

**Hygiene / Safety / Environment:**

- Ensure the cleanliness of the workspace and proper functioning of equipment

- Know and apply evacuation procedures in case of fire

- Know and apply the 'Clef Verte' program policy

- Apply safety rules when welcoming clients, especially those with disabilities

**Qualifications:**

- Mastery of English and another language according to hotel needs

- Customer service and welcome spirit

- Passion for the client

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (internal and client-facing)

- Organisation and rigor

- Flexibility and versatility

**Additional Information:**

- Permanent contract with 39 hours per week

- Mutual insurance

- 13th month after one year of seniority
