## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Director to join our Orfea Lyon Perrache residence, a 156-room hotel located in the heart of Lyon. As part of the Accor group, Orfea offers customised accommodation solutions for railway staff on business trips.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the residence and achieving its quality and performance objectives. Reporting to the Residence Director, you will work closely with another Assistant Director to ensure a high-quality customer experience and contribute to the development of the residence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

- Managing and developing a high-performing team

- Overseeing daily operations, including hygiene and safety standards, service organisation, and technical maintenance

- Driving economic results and commercial development

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A Bac+2 to Bac+3 qualification in hospitality or a related field

- Proven experience in hospitality, service residences, or customer-facing environments

- Significant experience in team management and development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and planning abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
