## Description

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the post-checkout customer experience across food ordering and retail ecommerce at Square. You will build customer experiences and seller tools for pickup, delivery, and shipping, helping businesses earn trust and bring customers back.

## Responsibilities

- Own the strategy and priorities for Square's post-checkout customer experience

- Connect and integrate efforts across Square and external partners to ensure a clear, consistent customer experience

- Design and define user experiences, working closely with design and engineering

- Help the team scale through automation, using AI and other tools

- Set the quality bar and guide important decisions

- Prototype and ship improvements yourself, using AI tools and GitHub

- Own the outcomes, measuring customer satisfaction and feedback

## Requirements

- 6+ years of product management experience

- Consumer product judgment, with experience shipping customer-facing products at scale

- Hands-on building with AI, using tools like GitHub and AI-generated prototypes

- Strong taste and craft, with attention to detail and a high bar for quality

- Experience with strategy and prioritization, setting product direction and priorities

- Customer research and analytical judgment, using customer conversations and behavioral data to guide decisions

- Leadership across teams, bringing people together and resolving disagreements
