## Description

## Job Overview

You will be the first point of contact for GoCardless users and partners, resolving their queries, improving their onboarding experience, and helping them navigate the GoCardless product. You'll also verify new accounts to ensure they meet guidelines and can transact safely on the platform.

## Key Responsibilities

- Respond to English and French-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone

- Collaborate with internal teams like Payment Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success

- Develop a thorough understanding of financial services, particularly in bank payments, direct debit, and open banking

## Requirements

- Stellar communication skills, both external and internal

- Proactive mindset, not afraid to investigate and ask questions

- Tech-savviness and ability to learn complex ideas quickly

- Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and Jira

- Fluent English and French
