## Description

Priory Hospital Suttons Manor is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team on a part-time basis, working 35 hours per week.

The role involves supervising a team of cleaning staff, planning and coordinating staff rotas, and ensuring high standards of cleaning services are delivered across the site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising a team of cleaning staff to deliver high standards across the site

- Planning and coordinating staff rotas to ensure continuity of service

- Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team members

- Monitoring cleaning standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

- Managing stock, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and stock control

- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment, as well as some supervisory experience. They will be reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads effectively.
