## Description

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Asia ISG Finance team, overseeing Asia Commodities Product Controller. As a partner to business units globally, the Finance division provides management, review, analysis, and advisory services for financial and capital resources.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and across the Firm

- Lead end-to-end processes and programs requiring complex decision-making and subject matter expertise

- Understand and adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls

- Review daily P&L and P&L attribution for Asia Commodities

- Produce and review various analytical reports for Business Heads

- Key interaction with Sales & Trading Desk, Operations, IT, Market Risk Division, and other finance groups

- Manage, attract, develop, and retain talent for the team

**Requirements:**

- Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, industry, and competitive environment

- Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel and VBA

- Ability to inspire and support others, manage risk, and create plans to mitigate risks

- University graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant disciplines

- At least 8 years' relevant experience
