## Description

As a Lead Warehouse, you will manage large, big box technologically enhanced high-end warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive SOP and KPI for warehousing operations and benchmark them.

- Work closely with all functions to achieve overall business goals.

- Focus on warehouse efficiencies and SLA management.

- Oversee distribution (mid-mile logistics) and planning & managing reverse logistics.

- Identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency.

- Implement FEFO & FIFO Management.

- Coordinate with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.

- Conduct warehouse stock audits and reduce shrink.

- Engage with various teams to streamline processes and operations.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in establishing and managing multiple and large, big box technologically enhanced high-end warehouse & logistic operations.

- Experience in F&V will be an added advantage.

- Effective analytical, communication, and Excel skills are a must.

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven work environment.

- Experience working with 3PL partners.

- Proven ability to manage a large team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think consumer-first and create innovative solutions.

- Experience in forecasting and determining productivity requirements.
