## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

- Being the key enabler to manage services for CDMS

- Promote the best technology to improve user experience in Customer journey

- Understand and clarify functional requirements and create detailed technical design for developers

- Conduct necessary code reviews to ensure high coding standard quality and programming principles are achieved

- Design and develop applications on Customer journey

- Lead and coach new developers to meet delivery goals and metrics

- Adopt the best technical design patterns into coding and improve code flexibility

- Ensure the appropriate support model is established, which may include 3rd party providers

- Ensure problem resolution within agreed timelines

- Support delivery team capability uplift

- Support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives

- Deep understanding of software development and engineering

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, J2EE, and SQL technologies, and a passion for new technologies

- Strong proficiency in Java; good understanding of object-oriented design and programming

- Good knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring Cloud framework

- Good knowledge and experience with relational databases and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Redis) development

- Good understanding of event brokers such as Kafka

- Familiarity with software development design patterns

- Working experience in DevOps, Agile environment is a plus

- Experience with RESTful API design and development

- Expertise in API technologies such as RESTful API, WebSocket

- Experience with containerization, ideally using Kubernetes

- Experience with Agents usage is a plus

- Ability to understand business requirements in written English and translate them into technical solutions

- Knowledge of benchmarking and performance optimization

- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar
