## Description

We are seeking a Medical professional to join our team in Beijing, China. The successful candidate will maximize the value of Pfizer products to Chinese patients and healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop KOL engagement strategy and action plan

- Establish regional platform and channel with China regional academic organization

- Build effective regional medical advisor interface and provide professional medical training

- Develop field-based medical to medical communication and KOL engagement independently

- Enhance local data generation from medical aspect to maximize products' value and long-term development

- Drive regional medical strategy independently

- Ensure company's compliance

- Develop field force team medical capability through internal medical training independently

**Required Skills:**

- Master's degree or higher in clinical medicine in relevant therapeutic area

- Good medical knowledge for the defined therapeutic area

- Good understanding about pharmaceutical business

- Proficiency in English and good computer usage

- Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of the therapeutic area

- Language: Proficiency in oral and written English

- Good understanding about pharmaceutical business

- Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Strong business acumen

- Cross functional leadership skill

- Strong communication and influencing skill
