## Description

As a Hygiene Manager - Night Shift at Morrisons, you will manage a team of Hygiene Operatives to develop and maintain hygiene systems within the site to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop your team through a coaching leadership style

- Oversee the establishment of hygienic working practices across all departments

- Manage pest control and drive improvements in housekeeping across the site

- Manage department paperwork in relation to cleaning schedules and labour costs

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards comply with BRC and Morrisons food safety standards

Requirements:

- Intermediate food safety qualification

- Training on HACCP, COSHH, and BRC knowledge

- Strong people management and leadership skills

- Proven track record of managing and engaging a team

- Understanding of cost models and budgetary control

- Experience of working in a high-risk environment
