We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice in Pittsburgh. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation cases

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association

- Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
