## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at St Mark's Bupa Care Home in Maidenhead. As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

**Requirements:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Ability to build connections with residents and their families

- Enhanced skills for patient safety, particularly when working alone at night
