## Description

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $17.50 USD per hour.

These roles can provide you with the knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store, and experience in retail business fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations

- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery

- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor

- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Requirements:

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
