## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The compensation team at EA are trusted consultants to People Experience (PE) partners and business leaders, providing guidance on complex business and talent needs.

As a Senior Manager, Compensation, you will be a strategic advisor and consultant to PE Partners and Business leaders, advising on the implementation, communication, and administration of global programs. You will also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers and drive the planning and delivery of the annual Merit, Bonus, and Equity cycle.

Responsibilities:

- Be the primary consultant for assigned business units, with teams located globally

- Establish and nurture consultative and collaborative relationships with PE partners, business leaders, and team members

- Provide creative compensation recommendations and solutions aligned with EA's business strategy, compensation philosophy, and culture

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop competitive offers

- Drive and support the planning and delivery of the annual Merit, Bonus, and Equity cycle

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in a related field

- 7+ years of compensation experience in a client-facing role

- Managed close working relationships with multiple partners, including executives and peers

- Extensive experience designing and implementing compensation programs

- Experience presenting compensation topics to PE Partners and Managers

- Advanced Excel skills and data modeling/analytics capability

Salary: $133,500 - $186,400 CAD
