As an Engineering Manager at Sportradar, you will act as a technical catalyst within our iGaming division, defining the engineering culture and architectural vision for our sports-based casino games.

**The Challenge:**

- Lead the design and evolution of highly resilient, low-latency, and distributed architectures that power our iGaming products.

- Champion the adoption of AI coding assistants within our development lifecycle.

- Set the bar for best practices, guiding teams in test-driven development, security-first design, and clean-code principles.

- Work across the organization to break down silos, acting as a bridge between front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams.

- Stay close to the code, diving into critical path issues and participating in complex problem-solving.

- Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, cultivating a culture of continuous learning.

**About You:**

- 10+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record in the iGaming, betting, or high-concurrency real-time gaming sectors.

- Expert-level proficiency in Java/JVM ecosystems and modern front-end frameworks.

- Deep experience in leveraging AI coding assistants to improve development workflows.

- Proven ability to architect complex, distributed systems in the cloud, with deep expertise in AWS.

- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple squads.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
