## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Braintree Pediatric, part of Encompass Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve remarkable progress on their rehabilitation journey.

Our physical therapy gyms are well-equipped with the latest technology, fostering a supportive, driven, and welcoming environment. You will have the time to deeply understand and guide patients, building meaningful relationships and celebrating every victory along the way.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.

- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.

- Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

**Requirements**

- Current state license in Physical Therapy.

- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

- Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
