## Description

We are seeking a Lead DBT Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Roehampton. As a full-time role with 37.5 hours, you will be part of a compassionate team providing specialist care for mental health challenges.

## Key Responsibilities

You will lead and develop the DBT programme, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based clinical practice. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the DBT team

- Delivering and overseeing DBT interventions, including individual therapy and skills-based group work

- Supporting the assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and risk management of patients with complex mental health needs

- Monitoring patient progress and outcomes, contributing to clinical reviews, governance, and service improvement

- Helping develop DBT-informed practice across the wider service through training, consultation, and collaborative working

- Promoting a compassionate, recovery-focused therapeutic environment

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Foundation Training accredited by British Isles DBT Training. You will be expected to demonstrate a sound understanding of DBT theory and practice, with the ability to apply this within a clinical setting.
