## Description

TGR Haas F1 Team, an ambitious challenger in Formula 1, seeks a Senior Composite Design Engineer to contribute to the team's success.

The role involves designing and developing F1 car components, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, and driving innovation to improve car performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction

- Designing and developing F1 car components

- Seeking continuous improvement in component design

- Contributing to composite design group workload plans

- Liaising with the race team on reliability and design revisions

- Performing research and development functions

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering

- At least 5 years of experience in a professional motorsports environment with design experience

- FEA experience is a plus
