## Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Honda's Marysville, Ohio corporate office. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to apply advanced analysis and design techniques, expert business domain knowledge, and deep technical expertise in enterprise systems to solve complex business problems through effective information technology solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents across mainframe and web-based applications, developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using JCL, COBOL, VSAM, REXX/clists, Dialog Manager, and related technologies, creating detailed technical specifications for system modifications, upgrades, and modernization initiatives, and supporting and administering enterprise applications.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for providing user support, training, and how-to guidance, configuring and maintaining user access/security roles, and participating in vendor evaluation, coordination, and lifecycle management activities.
