## Description

We are seeking a Head of International Logistics to lead our international imports and exports operation within Supply Chain Planning. As a leadership role, you will be accountable for ensuring products move efficiently, reliably, and responsibly through the international supply chain. You will lead an experienced team through a period of change, develop future capability, strengthen relationships with logistics partners, and work across Sainsbury's to improve operational performance, resilience, and value.

The successful candidate will have:

- Strong supply chain leadership experience within a complex operational environment

- International supply chain, sourcing, logistics, or freight experience

- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, or third-party logistics providers

- Strong commercial judgement and confidence working with external partners

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills

- Experience within retail, consumer goods, or another high-volume supply chain
