## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Team at Marsh in Hong Kong.

You will lead personal accounts by setting goals and implementing action plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring service meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading personal accounts and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions

- Drafting comprehensive project documents for clients, including white papers, approaches, and quantitative financial analyses

- Conducting research on various markets or industries to identify new growth areas and trends

- Conducting and refining data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations

- Addressing escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

- Offering technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships

- Developing strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations

- Attending and participating in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network

- Coaching junior team members through leading by example

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree holder or above

- Holder of ACII or ANZIIF is preferable

- 8+ years of experience in the broking/general insurance industry

- Good PC skills, including Word (English and Chinese), Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ambitious, solution-focused, and strong skills in client and underwriters relationship management

- Good command of English and Chinese
