## Description

Ubisoft is seeking a Community Developer in Annecy to establish and grow communities around its games. The successful candidate will have proficiency in player communications, game improvements, and feedback cycles.

As a Community Developer, you will be responsible for developing and executing community strategic plans, growing existing communities, and coordinating communication with multiple global departments. You will also act as a spokesperson for the assigned brand(s), coordinate community-centric events, and collaborate with the Social Media Manager to define and report on content KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing community strategic plans

- Growing existing communities in alignment with business objectives

- Coordinating communication with multiple global departments

- Leveraging Community Managers and partner resources to create meaningful content for players

- Acting as a spokesperson for the assigned brand(s)

- Collaborating with the Social Media Manager to define and report on content KPIs

- Supporting internal and external milestones, such as betas and launches

- Acting as a primary representative for players' needs within Production and Publishing teams

- Shaping player feedback cycles and providing insights to Production and Publishing teams

- Collaborating and coordinating with live teams for post-launch communication

- Managing and producing internal reports on community feedback, activity, and expectations

The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience managing online communities and developing strategic plans or programs with demonstrable success in a professional setting. Experience in the gaming industry across multiple platforms and genres is a strong plus.
