## Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and help collect payments on time. You will investigate overdue balances, resolve payment issues, and build relationships with customers' Accounts Payable teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage collections for assigned accounts through email and phone outreach

- Review account aging and collection activity daily

- Build relationships with customers' Accounts Payable teams

- Coordinate incoming requests and handle initial escalations

- Investigate complex account balances and recommend next steps

- Research invoice and payment discrepancies

- Work with Credit to arrange and monitor approved payment schedules

- Lead biweekly reviews with business leaders on open receivables

- Use approved AI tools to summarize account histories and analyze aging data

- Support Finance and Accounting with month-end close activities
