## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Extra Barman to provide an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks for clients at the bar, cabaret, and restaurant

- Interact with clients, take their orders, and serve snacks, cocktails, and drinks

- Evaluate client needs, understand their preferences, and make suggestions/recommendations

- Master classic and signature cocktail preparation

- Develop and present the drink menu to clients at the bar

- Ensure clients meet the minimum age requirement to consume alcoholic beverages in France

- Manage bar inventory and place replenishment orders

- Provide excellent customer experience

- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Profile:

- Previous experience as a bartender

- Excellent knowledge of mixology, products, and beverage service

- Computer skills with professional software

- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

- Ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar

- Good presentation in line with our standards
