## Description

Honda is seeking an Assistant Manager for New Model Launch Marine Ops. This leadership role ensures execution quality and timing for new product introductions, supervising a Rigging & Parts Specialist and driving unit objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee new model launches, coordinate field testing, analyse service feedback, and support training enablement. They will also supervise warehouse project coordination and manage resources and operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading operational readiness for new product introductions

- Coordinating field testing to identify performance risks

- Documenting and communicating service issues and corrective actions

- Supporting sales and service training teams

- Planning and coordinating warehouse campaigns

- Supervising the Rigging Specialist role

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

- 8+ years in product quality, manufacturing engineering, field service, or related fields

- Experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical products

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate findings

- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills

- Leadership and supervision experience preferred

The role involves 25-40% travel, occasional weekend work, and the ability to safely operate marine vessels.
