## Description

Priory Hospital Ty Cwm Rhonda has an opportunity for a Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with 6-12 months post-registration, to join our team in our 20-bed, all-male secure ward.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to a defined group of patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans in partnership with patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong therapeutic relationships

- Monitoring progress and responding to changing clinical needs

- Contributing to positive recovery outcomes within a safe and supportive environment

- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Leading shifts when required and coordinating nursing care

- Participating in clinical meetings and supporting the development of newly qualified colleagues through preceptorship

- Maintaining your own professional development through regular clinical supervision and reflective practice
