## Description

We're seeking an Optical Colleague to join our team in Toryglen, working part-time for 24 hours per week at £13.10 per hour.

As an Optical Colleague, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care. You'll prepare patients for eye examinations, explain the process, conduct pre-screening examinations, dispense spectacles and contact lenses, handle repairs and adjustments, and ensure accurate stock management.

You'll receive comprehensive training through our Asda Optical Step In programme or have the opportunity to enrol in the Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship. With experience, you can progress to become a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician via the Level 6 Dispensing Optician Apprenticeship.

To succeed, you'll be friendly, organised, and passionate about helping others. You should have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
