## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Llandudno, a busy store location where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, providing great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being digitally confident to use our tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering quality and five-star service under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly and working flexibly where needed

The role involves working varied shifts, including:

- Week 1: Monday 10:30-17:00, Tuesday 10:30-17:00, Wednesday 11:00-17:30, Thursday 11:00-17:30

- Week 2: Monday 11:00-17:30, Wednesday 10:30-17:00, Thursday 11:00-17:30, Friday 10:45-17:15

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
