## Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Airport Attendant to join their Airport Team in Western Australia. This is a full-time FIFO position on a 2/1 roster, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the airport site, providing high-quality service, and working effectively in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working on-site with the team to ensure smooth airport operations

- Using initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges

- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with stakeholders

- Working in extreme environments with varying weather conditions

Requirements:

- Australian citizenship or unrestricted working rights

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and police clearance

- Experience in baggage handling and/or airport ground operations

- Experience in airport ramp operations, aircraft marshalling, passenger services, or check-in (desirable)

- Previous FIFO experience in a similar aviation role (highly regarded)

- Strong understanding of aviation, workplace health and safety, and risk management principles

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strong customer service focus and ability to work effectively in remote environments

Qualifications:

- Aeronautical Aviation Radio Operators Certificate or Flight Radiotelephone Operators Licence

- Aircraft Ground Handling qualifications and experience covering F100, B737, and A320 aircraft types
