The successful candidate will be responsible for: ### STRATEGY - Supporting the Key Account Manager in implementing Red Bull's commercial strategy at key customers - Executing short- and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy, with a focus on mid-size accounts with high potential and the Impulse channel - Implementing national price strategies for mid-size accounts with high potential and the Impulse channel ### ANALYSIS & PLANNING - Analysing available data sources to identify customer growth opportunities - Continuously planning sales forecasts and preparing trade spend budgets to hit profitability targets - Developing annual business and effective promotion plans with mid-size accounts with high volume potential and the Impulse channel - Preparing yearly negotiations with a focus on Red Bull's sales drivers and customer spend strategy - Producing excellent conceptual selling decks to establish Red Bull as the category leader ### EXECUTION - Conducting and leading yearly negotiation processes at key mid-size customers in the modern trade and Impulse channels - Agreeing with customers on Red Bull's Perfect Store concept ### TRACKING - Continuously tracking and adjusting volume and profitability targets using existing sales reports - Preparing and discussing the success of executed plans with customers and showing Red Bull's contribution to the customer's business - Using the Perfect Store Audit to manage execution in-store effectively ### COLLABORATION - Continually searching to understand customer needs better and responding with programmes that are mutually beneficial - Developing effective partnerships for Red Bull to be regarded as a key supplier and engine for profitable growth - Striving for Category Captaincy with key strategic retailers within the energy category - Building strong intercompany networks and establishing close cross-functional relationships with Trade Marketing ## Requirements - University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration - A proven track record of 5 years of professional experience in Key Account execution and negotiation, and/or Field Force Management, ideally with an FMCG/beverage background - Experience supporting Category Management is preferred - Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing is a plus - Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships - Strategic ability: Can develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies - Commercial acumen: Understanding of sales processes and financial systems - Analytical skills: Planning and negotiation skills with an understanding of financial bottom-line implications - Negotiation experience: Successful front-line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills - Presentation skills: Great presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies - Linguistic skills: Strong command of English ## Benefits No benefits mentioned. ## Travel Travel: 0-10% ## Skills ### Required - Strategic thinking - Commercial acumen - Analytical skills - Negotiation - Presentation skills - Category management - Trade marketing - Sales forecasting - Budgeting - Data analysis ### Nice to have - Experience supporting Category Management - Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing - FMCG/beverage background - Field Force Management --- Source: [Apply at jobs.redbull.com](https://jobs.redbull.com/co-es/bogota-key-account-specialist-ref31066e?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
