## Description

At Webflow, we're building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. We're a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast without sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone.

From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web and work is more open, more creative, and more equitable.

We're looking for a Partner Program Manager to support the growth and execution of our Certified Partner Program. This role will work to operationalize, scale, and continuously improve the partner experience - from application and onboarding through enablement, engagement, and ongoing activation.

This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys program operations, building repeatable processes, and creating scalable enablement that helps partners succeed. You'll play a key role in helping agencies become confident, efficient Webflow experts while ensuring our program keeps pace with the rapid evolution of the Webflow product.

As a Partner Program Manager, you'll:

* Support the day-to-day operations of the Webflow Certified Partner Program, ensuring policies, benefits, and processes are executed consistently and smoothly.
* Manage partner lifecycle workflows, onboarding, tier movement, and offboarding, with a strong focus on partner experience.
* Maintain program documentation, partner-facing resources, and internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.
* Track and report on partner program metrics such as applications, onboarding completion, certification progress, engagement, and activation.
* Help identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in the program and propose improvements that make the program easier to scale.
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams to coordinate launches, updates, and partner communications.

* Support the creation and maintenance of scalable enablement resources that help partners succeed as Webflow agencies, including:

* Product education and feature updates
* Best practices for building and delivering client sites on Webflow
* Guidance on positioning Webflow with prospects and clients
* Help manage and organize partner enablement content across our LMS, partner portal, and internal tools to ensure partners can easily find what they need.
* Assist with the execution of live and virtual trainings, webinars, and office hours for partners.
* Work closely with the Head of Partner Programs & Enablement to keep partners informed and enabled as Webflow's product evolves quickly.
* Gather feedback from partners on enablement effectiveness and surface insights to inform program and content improvements.
* Support certification programs and assessments that help maintain quality and consistency across the partner ecosystem.

* Help execute regular partner communications, including newsletters, announcements, and program updates.
* Support initiatives that drive partner engagement and participation, such as enablement campaigns, new program benefits, or pilot programs.
* Act as an operational point of contact for partners, helping route questions or issues to the right internal teams when needed.

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of experience in partner programs, program operations, enablement, customer education, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
* Experience supporting or executing programs for external audiences (partners, customers, agencies, or communities).
* Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or professional services partners is a major plus.

You'll thrive as a Partner Program Manager if you:

* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.
* Comfort working with metrics and dashboards to track program health and effectiveness.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex information into actionable guidance.
* Familiarity with enablement tools such as LMS platforms, partner portals, or knowledge bases.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes over time.
* Stay curious and open to growth , actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Our Core Behaviors:

* Build lasting customer trust.
