## Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Distribution and Receive Centers team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution centers, which are responsible for getting products to our guests as quickly as possible.

The pay range for this position is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year, depending on factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Fostering a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability

- Leading and motivating a team to maximize productivity, growth, and development

- Creating a positive work environment through real-time observation and specific, constructive, and actionable feedback

- Ensuring operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and teams are kept informed and coordinated across functions

- Innovating new approaches to process and methods to improve efficiency and implement future process flow optimization

- Analyzing and solving problems to find root causes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A four-year degree or equivalent experience

- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms

- Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center
