We're seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our office in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will handle all pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlement negotiations, and manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work

- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval

- Guide clients through the case process

- Draft and file pre-litigation documents

- Complete TD approval for liability issues

- Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages

- Manage the release approval process

- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers

- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive

- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team

- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association

- 2+ years of personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
