The Digital Manufacturing team plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing operations through the implementation and management of advanced digital solutions.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics, you will be involved in day-to-day decision-making for product lines, functions, and new products under development.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor industry trends to keep manufacturing processes at the cutting edge.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and strategies.

- Lead and facilitate kaizen, lean manufacturing, or six sigma initiatives.

- Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management.

- Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance.

- Support new product development from a manufacturing perspective.

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Experience and expertise in data visualization tools such as Python, Typescript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, MS VBA.

- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
