We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Panama City, Florida.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, witnessing their remarkable progress firsthand. Your specialized skills will help deliver high-quality, compassionate care, allowing you the time to deeply understand and guide patients on their rehabilitation journey.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.

- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.

- Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

**Qualifications**

- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

- CPR certification.

- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
