## Description

Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company, is seeking a Polygraphologist to join its Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psycho-physiological research using polygraphs.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Conduct psycho-physiological research using polygraphs for candidates before hiring;

- Conduct regular checks, research within internal investigations, and verify employees upon completion of cooperation;

- Conduct pre-test interviews, form and adapt question lists according to the goal and circumstances of a specific study;

- Analyze obtained psycho-physiological reactions and research results;

- Prepare structured conclusions based on the results of conducted checks;

**Requirements and Skills:**

- Practical experience as a polygraphologist for at least 3 years;

- Higher education in law, psychology, criminology, security, or related fields;

- Professional training in conducting psycho-physiological research using polygraphs;

- Relevant certificates/documents confirming professional training;

- Proficient use of equipment and software for polygraphological research;

- Knowledge and practical experience in applying different research methods;

- Experience in independent analysis of results and preparation of professional conclusions;

- Developed analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large amounts of information;

- Strong communication skills, ability to establish contact with respondents, and work with complex and sensitive situations;

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in corporate/economic security or specialized companies conducting polygraphological research;

- Experience in operational, investigative, or law enforcement activities;

- Experience in conducting research within internal investigations;
