We're looking for a Claims Support Technician to join our Repair Solutions Service Hub on a hybrid basis in Cardiff or Birmingham. As a Claims Support Technician, you will manage a repair-based portfolio, setting up and overseeing repairs on our in-house claims system, scheduling engineers, updating records, and ensuring timely repair progression.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service office environment, excellent communication skills, and the initiative to overcome challenges. Contractor repair support experience will be a distinct advantage.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through Sedgwick University, which offers over 15,000 courses on demand.
