## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our dynamic team at Asda Opticians, committed to excellence in healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and service, working alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support colleagues with training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

- Complete eye examinations, contact lens and extended service examinations

- Support colleagues with training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards

- Deliver a wide range of care for the treatment and monitoring of eye conditions

- Gain additional accreditations as needed to deliver NHS services

Requirements:

- Fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC

- Registered performer with your NHS area team or health board

- MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months)

- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD

- Able to use clinical skills and passion for the role to deliver a memorable customer experience
