## Description

We are seeking a Commis to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting the Food and Beverage team across various sales points, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with activities in the Food and Beverage area, serving drinks, clearing tables, and transporting orders from the kitchen to the waiters.

- Clean tables and transport orders to various sales points.

- Ensure the organization and hygiene of materials used.

- Prepare mise-en-place for sales points.

- Present bills and receive payments from customers when necessary.

- Assist with replenishing buffets.

- Help with setting up and supplying event rooms, as well as providing food and beverage services such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktails.

- Enter orders into the system, close accounts, and issue invoices when necessary.

- Apply Autocontrol processes and procedures.

- Implement relevant food safety practices.

Qualifications:

- Completed high school education.

- Course in food safety best practices.

- Customer orientation.

- Proactivity and initiative.
