Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Work Pattern:** Tuesday 16:00-20:00 Wednesday 16:00-20:00 Thursday 16:00-20:00 Friday 16:00-20:00 Saturday 16:00-20:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.
