## Description

We are seeking a Crypto Options Trader to join our Trading team in Singapore. As a Crypto Options Trader, you will contribute to a trading book, generating revenues and managing risk for the respective business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Implementing volatility models and maintaining real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum

- Monitoring and managing the trading book's risk, ensuring Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, and Rho exposures are within strict limits

- Developing and refining systematic strategies to identify short-term mispricing and execute market-making operations

- Partnering with developers to backtest, prototype, and deploy new options strategies

- Performing deep-dive P&L and Greek exposure analysis to evaluate performance and optimize trading models

- Working in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

Requirements:

- Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics from a top-tier institution

- Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading (equities, FX, or crypto) and algorithmic market making

- Strong programming capabilities, particularly in Python

- In-depth understanding of FX, equity, and crypto market mechanics (CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models)
