Responsibilities:

- You will expertly advise our customers about Porsche Design and Porsche Lifestyle products, always paying attention to detail and style.

- You will support exciting marketing and customer actions, actively contributing your ideas.

- You will sell spare parts, accessories, and equipment with technical know-how and enthusiasm for the Porsche brand.

- You will handle customer inquiries by phone and in person, providing service-oriented, friendly, and reliable support.

- You will efficiently process incoming orders and ensure accurate commissioning.

- You will manage spare part inventory, track stock levels, and generate invoices.

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in the parts service – ideally in a car dealership or similar position.

- A high level of reliability and organisational skills.

- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office is sufficient.

- Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand and our products.

- Valid driver's license, class B.

- Good English language skills in writing and speaking for secure communication with international partners.

- Pronounced customer and service orientation, with enjoyment in personal contact.
