## Description

We are seeking a Technology Resilience Lead to join our Tesco Resilience team at Barclays.

The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and maintain an effective resilience strategy and Operational Recovery Planning and Incident Management framework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a resilience strategy and framework across the firm.

- Enhance recovery and response capabilities to ensure Important Business Services can continue to operate during disruptions.

- Provide oversight to business and technology recovery capability improvements.

- Communicate the firm's resilience position to stakeholders.

- Test and enhance resilience, crisis management, and incident response capabilities.

**Requirements:**

- Extensive experience in technology recovery, resilience-by-design, and resilience testing.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver effective challenge and risk oversight.

- Strong knowledge of cyber recovery strategies, incident containment, and disaster recovery practices.

**Location:** This role can be based in Edinburgh (South Gyle Crescent) or Glasgow Campus.
