## Description

You will drive the entire product development process and provide technical support on a wide range of products to deliver product initiatives in support of the company's business strategy.

**Market Research and Product Proposition**

- Monitor updates and changes in the HK and mainland insurance market, analyzing industry trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities.

- Conduct target client research to identify gaps in SLHK's products and enhance Sun Life's clients' impact.

- Drive product design and innovation based on research results and business needs.

- Manage the product approval process and steer discussions with distribution teams.

**Product Development and Management**

- Collaborate with internal functions to drive recommended solutions and ensure product design feasibility.

- Lead and deliver product-related initiatives using a disciplined project management approach.

- Participate in material preparation for product development and ensure project deliverables' quality.

- Work effectively with all relevant departments to implement projects on time and efficiently.

**Channel Communication**

- Represent the product team to promote products to all channels.

**Product Strategy**

- Support constructing a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap for SLHK.

**People Management**

- Coach and develop team members to advance their knowledge and improve the team's overall capabilities.

**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree holder.

- At least 8 years of relevant life insurance experience in product development and management.

- In-depth understanding of insurance products, clients' needs, sales processes, and industry development in HK.

- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Strong drive and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and make optimal use of resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
