Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.

**Requirements:**

- Be at least 18 years old (due to working through the night).

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools effectively.

- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Tuesday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Wednesday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Friday: 20:00 - 04:00

- Saturday: 21:00 - 05:00

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- A £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
