## Description

## Job Title: Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

Jobber is looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join their Brand Marketing and Communications team in the Marketing department. As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's brand partnerships strategy and managing relationships with online influencers.

## About the Company

Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. They work with small home service businesses, like local plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology.

## The Team

The Brand Marketing and Communications team handles everything from spreading awareness to getting new customers in the door. The team works on programs and campaigns that grow awareness of Jobber, including the annual Jobber Summit event, Jobber Grants program, and other online and offline experiences.

## Responsibilities

As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will:

- Own a roster of brand partners and manage the spend behind it

- Help great partners 2x their results by identifying what successful partners do differently

- Build the strategy for partner growth and set targets and forecasts

- Implement growth strategies and report on performance regularly

- Analyze channel performance and translate findings into action

- Negotiate with judgment and handle complex partnership negotiations and contracts

- Be a brand champion and protect and grow the reach and reputation of Jobber's brand

- Raise the level of the team by sharing insights and learnings

## Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

- Extensive marketing and influencer partnership experience

- A track record of making good performance great

- Experience building strategy, not just running campaigns or managing partners

- Real comfort with data and analysis

- The ability to influence without authority

- Strong commercial instincts and excellent judgment

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ambition and humility

- Comfort wearing multiple hats

## Nice to Have

It would be really great (but not a deal-breaker) if you had:

- Previous people-leadership experience

- Sales or business development experience at a SaaS company or tech startup

- Experience running paid campaigns on social media and with creators

- Experience with affiliate or partner management platforms and attribution tooling

- Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields

## Location

The role is open to candidates based in one of Jobber's hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

## Compensation

The minimum annual salary for this role is $121,000, with a midpoint of $142,200 and a maximum salary of $163,600. The total compensation package also includes equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums.
