To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 8+ years of hands-on expertise in RPG400/IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, Embedded SQL, Query & ILE

- Recent and advanced experience with RPG (ILE/FREE) using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions

- A strong understanding and working experience with CI/CD and available tools, such as Jenkins, Sonar, RDI

- Working experience in an agile environment

- The ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools

- The ability to resolve critical issues in a timely manner

- Experience releasing to production what you developed and then supporting it

- Hands-on experience of Application Design & Development in BFSI/Banking domain is desirable

- Change management experience and familiarity with a change management tool

- Understanding of DevOps concepts and techniques
